To save time and frustration when planning a trip to Town Hall, please refer to the specific staff member's hours above. Please call in advance if you need a special appointment. And remember to use the drop box outside Town Hall for all correspondence and mail.

Library Hours for the Belding Memorial Library are:
Monday and Wednesday 2:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Saturday 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Transfer Station Hours:
Thursday 8:00 a.m. - noon
Saturday 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Sunday 8:00 a.m. - noon
Please note that you need a Transfer Station Permit (application available in Town Clerk's Office) in order to bring trash to the Transfer Station. You must also purchase Town of Ashfield Bags at either Town Hall or the Hardware Store in the center of town or be prepared to pay $2.00 cash for each of your own bags you wish to dispose.
