Online payment methods accommodate Ashfield taxpayers who seek the convenience of paying their taxes and other fees online. The Town has partnered with financial institutions that have years of financial experience and employ state-of-the industry encryption methods. All transactions are safely processed; town employees never have direct access to your bank account information.

Transfer Station - Pay for transfer station annual sticker.

Vital Records - Pay for birth, death, and marriage certificates.

Dog License - Pay for your dog’s license and attached rabies certificate.

Tax Payments - Pay for real estate, personal property or motor vehicle excise tax.

NEW! Starting August 18, 2025, the Collector’s Office is offering a new payment system, “Point & Pay”, that makes it easy for taxpayers to view and pay their bills online. In addition to a secure online payment option like what we have been offering for years, Point & Pay allows you to log in and view your tax bills and previous payments, and if you owe interest Point & Pay will be able to tell you exactly how much you owe in real time. Point & Pay also allows you to set recurring payments and receive notifications. However, if you prefer to come in and pay with a check or cash, that is still an option too. 

The Town of Ashfield will continue to mail tax bills twice a year. The Town Clerk will continue using UniPay for the time being.
